A local signature builder with real device preview
Everything is processed in your browser. Text, styling, tables and images are kept local — images are embedded into the markup as data URLs, so nothing is uploaded and there are no trackers. After load it works offline.
Build a clean HTML signature with brand fonts, a bordered logo or headshot and table-based contact layout, preview it across devices, then copy it into your mail client.
How do I add this to Gmail or Outlook?
Click Copy signature, then open your client’s signature settings and paste. Formatting, links and images are copied as rich HTML. Gmail re-hosts pasted images on its own servers.
Icons or emoji — which should I use?
Emoji are the most universally supported and need no images. Icons are crisp inline SVGs; some strict clients may strip them, so pick emoji if you need maximum compatibility. Social links always use SVG icons.
Why are images embedded instead of linked?
Embedded (data URL) images travel with the signature and don’t depend on an external host that could go offline. You can still paste a remote image URL if you prefer.
Can I edit an existing signature?
Yes. Open Import, paste your current signature HTML and load it into the editor to keep working on it.
