Privacy Policy Generator
Build a privacy policy, step by step
Answer the questions on the left. Clauses adapt to the data you collect and the laws that apply to you — 43 named regimes plus fallback, including GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, India DPDP, Ukraine, Moldova, Russia, Turkey, PIPL and more. Everything stays in your browser.
Not legal advice. This generator produces a detailed starting template based on your answers. Data protection law is complex and fact-specific — have the result reviewed by a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction before you publish or rely on it. Detection of applicable laws, child/minor thresholds, regulator routes and transfer mechanisms are guides, not legal determinations.
Privacy first
A privacy policy generator that never sees your data
The whole tool runs in your browser. Your answers are saved only to this device's local storage for autofill, and the policy is built and exported locally — nothing is sent to PWN-ALL or any third party, and there are no trackers.
Which laws does it cover?
It detects the regime from your country and the regions you serve: GDPR (EU/EEA), UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD (Brazil), PIPEDA (Canada), India's DPDP Act, Ukraine's personal data law, Moldova's Law 133/2011, Russia's 152-FZ, Turkey's KVKK, Israel's PPL, China's PIPL, Switzerland's FADP, Australia's Privacy Act, Japan's APPI, Korea's PIPA, Singapore's PDPA, South Africa's POPIA, the UAE & Saudi PDPLs, and selected laws across Latin America, Asia-Pacific, Africa, and the Middle East — with a generic fallback otherwise.
How do the email and ID questions work?
If you collect email, you can state whether it is hashed and whether it is used for marketing (which adds the consent and unsubscribe clauses). If you collect government ID, you choose how it is stored — encrypted, plain storage, via a KYC provider, or not retained — and set a retention period; the policy then includes honest matching wording.
Is this legal advice?
No. It is a thorough template that reflects common requirements, not advice for your specific situation. Always have a lawyer review it.
How do I export and save it?
Copy it as text, download a self-contained HTML file, or use Print to save a PDF. Your answers autosave on this device so you can come back and edit later; Reset clears them.
